Greg Lake, best known as the bassist, guitarist, singer and lyricist for Emerson, Lake & Palmer, died 12/07/2016 following a long struggle with cancer at the age of 69. The announcement was made via Greg Lake’s Official Website by friend Stewart Young. Lake was the singer and bassist for King Crimson before ELP and his solo career. Some of his best known work includes “I Believe In Father Christmas”, “Lucky Man” and “From The Beginning”.
